老公的美味“算盘子”
老公前天心血来潮,用笋粿粉和番薯做了一些“算盘子”,昨晚用大蒜、肉碎、香菇、虾米、蒜头、黄芽白及算盘子,煮出了别有风味的算盘子。那番薯算盘子虽然不像用木薯粉和芋头做成的算盘子有嚼劲,但却柔软美味。我连声赞好,吃了两大碗。
