煎鱼妙法
无意中看到you tube 的这个录像,昨晚煎三文鱼时用很少的油,效果出乎意料之外的好。以往只知道要等油够热了才把鱼放下去,这样鱼皮就不会沾锅,煎出的鱼会很漂亮。
大家不妨试试下面的方法。
